I am going to Barcelona for 3 days beginning November 6. What is a suggested itinerary for this short time?

Jon, not knowing you I hesitate to offer advice on an itinerary. Consider buying Rick's Spain 2011 book (we just bought it to plan our next trip to Barcelona this spring). There are numerous museums, shops, bars, restaurants, etc. in Barcelona as well as day trips he recommends.

We were there for three days/nights and did everything based on RS book. There's no need to leave the city - there's just so much to do. Stroll the Ramblas, roam the Gothic Quarter and the Cathedral, visit Montjuic, a day for Gaudi which includes Casa Mila, the Sagrada and Parc Guell, the Picasso Musuem. Enjoy.

If you do have the time for a day trip.......visit Montserrat. It was a high light of our trip to Spain. Hasta la Vista!
