I'll be arriving by bus to either Barcelona Nort or sants, then making my way to the airport. Should i get off the bus at Nort or Sants? Which is closer/easier for the airport?

Definitely Sants. You can get a train directly to the Airport from Sants. Nort is now only a bus station and I don't think there are any direct links to the airport.
