We are heading for Spain next week and will be in Barcelona from 16-18; however, we are finding it impossible to find a room. Does anybody know what event is happening? Any recommendations on places to stay for under 120 euros?

i have found the very same thing!!! aaaarh! i'm pulling my hair out. posted bedless in barcelona w/ lots of response. I tried them all w/ NO rooms found. I called R.S. ofc for help n they told me they go down the reccommended list from the book. well I exhausted that list long ago. I thought I had a room booked at Suite Gaurdi but had many fax n e-mail n phone call blunders. Spain has a crazy reservation system! it is confusing to know if u have a CONFIRMRED resv. I did'nt.The closest thing I found out about local events n happenings was 7july fiesta mayor. Can anyone help?!
