I have a question that I hope you can help me with. There is a woman who is a member of a travel group that I belong who who has an apartment in Barcelona. I decided to rent it for the time I am there, which is Sept 15 to 19. It is located between Carrer de Margallaes and Carrer de Elkano. I have also had email communication with a guide in Barcelona that friends of mine used 2 years ago and loved. I told her where I was staying and she expressed concern that there have been thefts in flats and on the street and about the street life. Are you familiar with this area and what do you think? The woman who has the apartment made it like a safe area Thanks,
