Barcelona hotels near metro and have car parking

Hello, I'll be driving to Barcelona and staying 2-3 nights. Would like recommendations of hotels (budget) that may have car parking or nearby safe car parking lots. We'll be taking bus, metro, walking, while in Barcelona and just need to park the car while we're there. We're two ladies so a hotel that's in a safe area. Thank you, Karen
