Staying in Barcelona 1 night, any suggestions on where to stay along Las Ramblas? Willing to spend ~100 euros.

Look at the web site for The Cathderal Hotel..two blocks from las Ramblas...we stayed there a couple of years ago and were well pleased.

My wife and I stayed there, Right in the centre of Los Ramblas. Clean and well appointed. Not expensive

Hotel Lloret is great -- stayed there in 2005 and again this past January. You can walk to/from the airport bus in five minutes, location at the top of the Ramblas.

I stayed at Hotel Lloret two years ago in advance of a RS tour. The hotel is very convenient to transportation (bus, HOHO, Metro, airport transportation) and is right at the top of Las Ramblas. The Boqueria Market is a few minutes away. My room was small; the public rooms are generous and breakfast is available for hours. I paid quite a big less than 100 euros for a single.
