Anyone have suggestions for taking a cooking class (perhaps only 1/2 day) in Barcelona?

I took the class at Cook and Taste two years ago. I took an evening class and I'd suggest that over the daytime class since that leaves the day for sightseeing and you get a very good dinner. I think they always do a similar menu. We made a tomato soup with idziabel cheese, tomato bread, tortilla, paella, and crema catalana. There was plenty of wine and food and it was a fun class. www.cookandtaste.net
