Barcelona Concert - Nearest ServiCaixa outlet-office in La Rambla?

I'm attending a concert in Barcelona and bought a ticket through ServiCaixa website. I have to pick up the ticket at a terminal. But is there a ticket office with a human person just in case, I experience difficulties.

I second what Lola said. Others in our group had printed them ahead and had no problem at all.

There is an office with a human on the northwest corner of Catalunya Square, but from my experience, they are not helpful at all. All he said was "Maybe the machines are out of paper?" Word of warning- I reserved two tickets to Sagrada Familia using their website and was supposed to use the machine to get my tickets. After entering my card into, AND I AM NOT EXAGGERATING, 12 different machines around the city, I gave up and bought new tickets at the box office. I used a Visa card, so there should not have been a problem. If you have any possibility of printing them before you go, do that.

For others reading this---if you buy tickets for Sagrada Familia on the ServiCaixa website, use the "print at home" option so you don't have the headaches Mike experienced. When the line attendants see your yellow tickets in hand, they will direct you to the correct (much shorter) line for entrance.

My experience was a little different. I purchased tickets for the Alhambra and Sagrada Familia through Caxia and had no trouble at all. The Sagrada site had a clerk and used my reservation number to print out my ticket. At the Alhambra I used the same card at an unmanned terminal I used to purchase the ticket and it poped out with no trouble. I speak no Spanish or Catalan. You must use the same card you purchased the ticket and make sure your bank is aware that you will be using it overseas. Use only a credit card not a debit card. I did not try to use one of the many terminals you see around the city but rather the one at the site of the event. Make sure you print out your reservation papers. I would not worry. The Caxia lines at the Sagrada and the Alhambra were very short compared to the general admission line.
