We are flying into Barcelona and departing on a cruise from there. We have a party of 10 total. The cruise line wants $103/person to transfer us and our luggage, which just seems outrageous to me. With such a large party I'm thinking it would be more economical to take a shuttle rather than 2-3 taxis to the port. One of our party is my 90-year-old grandmother so I don't think taking the bus to the city center and then grabbing a taxi from there would be best for her. Does anyone with experience at this airport recommend one over the other? And if the recommendation is a shuttle, any companies you would recommend?

Hi Colleen - I just took a group of 12 from the Airport to The Port last May and I used -

The charge was $200 US for the group to the ship - You can check out the website and plug in the times and date and get an exact figure. Enjoy your trip!!
By the way, Barcelona is one of Europe's most vibrant cities - If you had a couple of days upfront to stay there before the cruise you would love it.
