Baden Baden for 2 days?

A bunch of us are going to Baden Baden for a weekend and we would like recommendations for things to do in and around Baden Baden. We would also like to know any bed and breakfasts to stay and any kid friendly options.
Thank you for all the help.

I posted the response below to someone else here a few days ago re: Hotel am Markt: This place (suggested by Rick) is great:
http://www.hotel-am-markt-baden.de/ A TYPICAL RS pick; small, clean, family-run, etc. And when you buy your ticket for the Friedrishbad there, they take off a few Euros. Great location; on quiet square across from a church. And just a few min walk to the Baths. Re: kid-friendly w/ kids in tow, you'll want to avoid the Friedrishbad (I believe no one under age of either 16 or 18 allowed due to the mandatory nudity), but the more modern Caracalla Baths is the way to go. People wear bathing suits here (there IS an adults-only section, where it's clothing -optional), but the majority of the Caracalla is fine for kids; they'll love the in-door and outdoor pools, water-falls, etc. Getting to the Caracalla from Hotel am Markt is VERY easy, too (both Caracalla and Friedrishbad are just a few min away by foot). You should also take a side trip to Triburg; easy by train from Baden-Baden. You can take the kids to the highest water-falls in Germany; the setting is idyllic and the views of the falls are great.

If you want to look up train schedules for that town in the Black Forest, it would help to spell it correctly - Triberg. The train line to Triberg leaves the Mannheim-Freiburg main line at Offenburg and goes to Hausach (Schwarzwalder Open Air Museum), where it follows the Gutach river valley up to Triberg. This part of the line is called the Schwarzwaldbahn and is considered one of the most scenic rail lines in Europe.
