Spain isn't known for B&Bs as they are in other parts of the world. There are a few, yes, but probably not the kind you're used to. The Carrer de Mallorca passes by the Sagrada Familia and is pretty long. Also, be sure to check the validity/licensing of B&Bs as many may be run by people whom have decided to start one without proper insurance, licensing, approval by the city/state. I don't personally vouch for any of these as I've not visited them nor read any reviews, but the Petit B&B Barcelona is near this road.
