We are flying in to Innsbruck and need a place to stay for the night we fly in and out. Would love a suggestion.

Hi,
We can highly recommend the Gasthof Badl in Hall in Tirol. We have stayed here on 3 trips since 2001 and would definitely stay again. Frau Steiner and Sonja (owners/hosts) are absolutlely wonderful people. Nice rooms (ask for one with a balcony!), a very nice (and reasonable) restaurant and bar, very good buffet breakfast and great location. Just a few min. walk from train station (no train noise at the hotel) and only a 5 min. walk to the beautiful old town pedestrian zone of Hall in Tirol. It's located just about 6 miles east of Innsbruck. It takes us approx. 10 to 15 min. to drive to downtown Innsbruck from here. I'm sure the train is quick also.

The Goldener Alder or the Weiss Kruez are great spots in the old part of town. I have stayed at the Goldener Alder twice before and would not stay anywhere else.
