Les Toits de Paris. It's in the 15th androssiment, but very convenient to the Metro station. Check it out on Trip Advisor

I had trouble finding one in Paris and ending up staying at a small hotel in the Marais district called Hotel de Nice. Metro stop directly across the street but, many things within walking distance. The square across the street has a nice market a couple of days a week and the square next to it is lined with cafes and restaurants.
