I'm looking for a good B & B in Lucerne (specifically Meggen, if possible)

Look at www.bandb.ch.
You can search there by region, and yes, there is at least one B&B in Meggen. I made a reservation there, but then had to cancel and book a hotel right in the center of Luzern, because my mother has a weak knee and Meggen would be more difficult for her. But Meggen looks beautiful.
