We stayed at the Joop's Hotel in Harrlem while on a Rick Steve's Tour many years ago. It was a good location to the city center.

Last year we stayed at The Amadeus on the Market Square, great breakfast with fresh esspresso. The year before we stayed at B&B Malts which is just down the block from Groet Markt and also lovely - fresh esspresso and freshly squuezed orange juice. My husband likes to take sunrise pictures and having a view of the square is perfect for him, that was the only reason we switched from Malts. I recommend either of these B&Bs. Enjoy the trip!
