Can anyone make a recommendation for a friendly B&B in Basle? I prefer that to a hotel but would welcome that info as well. Went through Rick's B&B listing and didn't see anything.

It was last minute but we stayed at an EasyHotel. The room was small, but extremely clean. (Private bath too!) There is a cable car stop in the front, very accessible to the train station and around Basel. You can book directly online at their website. The cost was around $80.
