B&B/hotel recommendations for Paris & London

We're heading to London and Paris this June (soooo excited!!!) It's our first time out there- any recommendations on good places to stay that are central and not too expensive (limit would be $150 Canadian or 90-Euro, 86 pounds a night). Thanks!!
