B&B booking service

You will probably have to go to separate websites for each country. German B&B's will probably not be found with Swedish B&B's. Often just going to the tourist info websites for each city will bring you information too. Trip Advisor also lists B&B's too. You might try with a different word too, such as Pension. Or, the easiest is to tell us which cities you want to visit and ask for recommendations.

Any booking website will mostly book you into properties expensive enough to pay their fee. If you want real down-to-earth B&Bs go to the town website, in germany, www. [townname].de and look under Unterkünfte > Privatzimmer.

In French the word is "chambre d'hôte" you may find some of them on tourist office websites.
