We are flying to Amsterdam next month for a couple nights before taking the train to London. I know that Barclay's Bank has a good arrangement with Bank of America, but I don't see any Barclay's in Amsterdam. I am wondering if there are any recommended banks to get money from in Amsterdam, or should we just use the airport ATM when we get out of customs? Or wait until we get to Amsterdam Centraal Station?

We have an online ING savings account, but no ATM card for it. Are you recommending ING bank or their ATM machines for a particular reason?

It's not a matter of the specific bank. it's simply a matter of are you on the PLUS or CIRRUS network, which it looks like all the banks there are linked to.
