Hi, I have a Mastercard Debit card that I want to use in Spain, Morocco and France. It does not say Cirrus or Plus on the back but Citibank says it can be used in Europe with no problem at thos ATM machines. Anyone have experience with this? Thanks,

Cirrus is owned by Mastercard so if it is a mastercard it will work.

With a Mastercard logo, you will be able to use it anywhere. The card I used has only a Mastercard logo and I never found a machine where it wouldn't work.

Our card is like that and it worked fine all over Spain.
