Can anyone recommend a place to stay in Arles for 3 nights in the summer. We would like a kitchenette if possible. I find most places rent by the week in the summer. I would be interested in places near Arles .

A kitchenette will be difficult for a short time. Why not consider Etap Hotels (very reasonble and air cond rooms) for lodging and picnic as much as you need to. You can always grab a chicken rotissere or sim. dinner and deli salad for your picnics at local open markets or grocery markets in Arles.
