We are ready to book and pay for a rental apartment in Paris. we are using a company under www.parisvacationapartments.com. I am so worried its just another scam site. Anyone out there who can give me guidance? Thanks

Stephanie, I can't , but please do more research before you send out money, almost alway non refundable etc.. I would post this question on tripadvisor.com paris forums before I considered booking.. its just a busier forum so you will likely get more reviews.

There are lots of favorable reviews on Tripadvisor. Here's one: http://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowTopic-g187147-i14-k3074012-Paris_Vacation_Apartments-Paris_Ile_de_France.html Apparently the company is generally referred to as "PVA" and if you enter that in the Search box on the Tripadvisor Paris forum you will get lots of results.
