Are Micro-SIM cards Readily Aavailable in Europe?

The iPhone 4S uses a micro-SIM card. Are these readily available in Europe as a prepaid micro-SIM card?

Tom, I've never checked, as I was using a micro-SIM card from one of the "travel phone" firms here when I travelled with an iPhone 4S last year. I expect that micro-SIM cards will be available, since European customers with iPhones will also need to buy them. However, I'm not sure what type of PAYG plans with data will be available for non-residents. Cheers!
