Are Areles, Orange, Avignon, Nimes day trips from Vence?

I don't mean all in one day, but rather a day each? We will have a home-base in Vence and a car. Can we easily drive and explore each on separate days?

Any suggestions/strategies greatly appreciated.

No, Vence is too far from Provence to be a base for day trips to these destinations.

Agree - From Vence, focus on sites along the Riviera - Villefranches, Nice, etc.

Each of these cities is about 2 1/2 hours EACH WAY from Vence. Your call.
