Arcos, Ronda, or somewhere else?

I am going to Spain in late February, early March, and I'm trying to decide which White Town to go to. I am planning on going between Sevilla and Tarifa. Does anyone have any suggestions? (I go to Granada after Tarifa...does the train/bus from Algeciras stop in Ronda?)
