Hello, I will be going to Switzerland in early June and read in RS's guidebook about the Appenzell cheese dairy. Went to there website which is entirely in German, which I speak to a limited extent. It talked about hourly "on appointment" tours, cheese making, and other events. Has anyone been there? Do I need reservations, tickets ahead of time, or to book a tour? has anyone made their own cheese there? Any info would be much appreciated!!!
