In 2005 we stayed in a great apt across Danube from the city heart- area is a Hungarian Jewish one. The name was Apart/Hotel Lichtenstein and street was Grosschiffgasse - only 3 blks or so from river. Handy to transit and stores, reasonable rates, nice rooms
