I am considering Nice and Paris for a week in early October 2013. I found a website nicepebbles.com that has apartment rentals for vacationers in the city of Nice. On my trip to Paris last year I rented an apartment and loved it. I am wondering if anyone has previously used this website for Nice apartments, and how was the apartment and dealing with the company?
Also, if anyone has any apartment (or hotel/hostel) recommendations for accommodations in Paris that have a view of the Eiffel Tower, please give them to me!!! Thanks!!

I have a friend who is in Nice right now who got his apartment from nicepebbles and loves the apartment and the company.
