I completely recommend an apartment owned by Nelly Beer-von Allmen in Stechelberg, Switzerland which is at the end of the Lauterbrunnen Valley. Her phone number is 033 855 39 30. She speaks limited English, but will most likely understand you. Barring that I would suggest that you contact the Stechelberg tourism web site, as Carmen Feuz understands and speaks fluent English.

I spent a week at the Chalet Helvetiz in Murren and loved it - the Jungfrau range was right across from my balcony and the views were amazing. It is owned by Edmee' who works at Rick's recommended Esther's Guesthouse in Gimmelwald in the off-season. She was a wonderful hostess, and even did my laundry for a very small price. Her place is spotless - of course, it's Switzerland! - with a well-equipped kitchen. Murren is just a gondola ride up from Lauterbrunnen and the chalet is centrally located. I highly recommend it, Edmee and her children (and their rabbits!) are a delight!
