We enjoy creating our own itenararies, but after spending a multitude of hours trying to arrange the best (reasonable cost & time) and most efficient way to get from Aosta, Italy (or Milan) to Chamonix (to view Mont Blanc) on October 30, we're stumped. Appreciation forever, if anyone is able to help! THANKS!!

In October there are 2 buses each day over and back, 16 Euro one way, 26 Euro round trip. www.chamonix.net

There is one bus from Milan and it departs at 07:15. You will have a 4-hour layover in Courmayeur. You will have more choices if you depart from either Aosta or Courmayeur. See the bus timetables here. Note that the buses do not run on Sundays.
