anybody use Jenna Silverboard's or Claude Tixier's vrbo's in Paris?

Hi, Jenna Silverboard and Claude Tixier both posted interesting looking studios in the heart of Paris (Marais, etc.). They both had sterling 5 out of 5 stars on the vrbo reviews; just wondering if any Rick Steves folks have used them and have feedback. Vrbo's 28130 and 204193, respectively.
