Any thoughts for my last day in Amsterdam?

I've got one more day in Amsterdam. I've been to the Van Gogh, Anne Frank, the Royal Palace, strolled Vondelpark, the Flower Market, and the Red Light District, and taken a canal boat tour. I'm planning on seeing the Rijks tomorrow.

What else should I see?

(btw, I'm big on diamonds, so I'm not interested in the diamond tours)

Also, does anyone know of a good walking tour? There are several things in the RS guide (Kindle version) that are out of date already and one of the walking tours he recommends sends you to a website with nothing on it. Any thoughts about it?

Thanks Steve. I booked a tour with them. Their website seemed good and it gives me a way to see more than just on my own. I appreciate it.
