any advice for 2 home bases while in brussels bruges amsterdam june 24-30

not sure if this is right :)
can i stay 2 nights in brussels June 25 and 26 and day trip to antwerp and bruges, then 4 nights in harrlem, day trip to amsterda, hague, rotterdam, delft and fly back to JFK out of Amsterdam june 30?
