another question on credit card transaction fees

So, I booked a short flight on easyjet.com, Barcelona to Paris, and noticed that they had a 9.50E booking fee for using my american credit card. Do I still incur the 2-3% foreign transaction fee on top of that? Because I wasn't sure, I used my Capital One credit card, which loses 1% rebate compared to American Express. (every % counts when you're trying to save money!)
