Hotel Jeanne d'Arc is a budget option that we've stayed in a couple of times. The rooms are small and not fancy but fine for a short stay. Breakfast is an extra charge but instead of eating at the hotel, there are many pastry shops nearby. We like the neighborhood in the Marais and the hotel is just a few blocks from a Metro stop.
