Amsterdam music venues-age restrictions?

Does anyone know if there are any age restrictions for any of the music venues and jazz clubs in Amsterdam. I'm especially interested in the Melkweg, Paridiso Theatre, Alto Jazz Club and Bimhuis Jazz Club. Thanks.
