Has anyone stayed at Hotel Hoksbergen in Amsterdam. Seems like a great deal, but worry about rooms and location. Thank you.

Hi Alma. I'm not sure what you mean by rooms and location, but if you're still looking for hotels I can recommend 2: the Quentin Arrive Hotel on Haarlemmerstraat, just a 5-minute walk from the train station; and Frederic's (office is on Brouwersgracht and the hotel was a 5-10 minute walk from the train station). Both hotels are easy to find, are in nice neighborhoods, and you have easy access to trams. A room for 2 people in both hotels costs 60-70 euros per night.
