American Citibank customers in France?

Wondering if Americans travelling in France who are Citibank customers at home have any ideas for avoiding ATM fees? Citibank website indicates no ATMs there and no international consortium that includes France. Thanks!

The only ATM fees you'll be charged in France will be those imposed by Citibank. So if you want to avoid those fees, you'll have to open an account at another bank - one that doesn't have international transaction fees, such as Schwab or Capital One.
