We were in the Berner Oberland this spring and were very dissapointed to find out it wasn't running until 7th of June. I was wondering how to find out how late into the fall it runs. Does anybody out there know?

I was there in mid-October on my last visit, and the Allmend Hubel Funicular was running at that time. On that occasion I decided to just get a one-way ticket and hike down through the beautiful alpine meadows. It was a pleasant, sunny fall afternoon and it only took an hour or so to get back to Murren.
