I am trying to buy alhambra tickets on the alhambra-tickets.es website. When I get to the end, after I put in my credit card number, the website goes all caflooey and says it has some kind of DNS ( computer words here) problem. Is anyone else having this problem? I have tried to buy tickets about 10 times over the last 3 days and each time I get the same error. Thanks for the help in advance!

It would help have a clearer understanding of the error message. But, try the basics - Obvious starting point - Have you checked with you credit card company to see the charge was presented and denied? Was your credit card issuer aware that you would going to make these charges? Have you tried a different browser? Explain caflooey. Is it possible that the dates your request are not available? What times were you asking for? We just had our hotel make the reservation.

Despite having notified my credit card company and following the many discussion threads on this website and Tripadvisor, I could never get my purchase to go through either. In the end, I logged into my Skype, called down to the ticket agency in Spain, and asked for an English-speaker. A very nice woman got on the phone and sold me the tickets. The only thing I didn't love was that I did not get an email confirmation, although I did get the correct amount charged to my credit card.

Our hotel took care of the tickets for us and everything went well!
