Any suggestions for shuttle service from the CDG airport to our hotel near the Champs Elysees (and then back to the airport)? Wondering if the airlines have a free shuttle. If not a shuttle, any ideas of estimated cost of a car or taxi?

Try www.interserviceprestige.com. We have used them a number of times and they have been reliable. 50 euros for 2 people each way.

Since the meter will be running, the cost of a taxi will vary according to traffic conditions. Expect to pay €50 - €60.

We just used Paris Black Cars for meet-you-in-the-airport-with-a-sign service. Very well done, great service, but you pay for it, €85 total. But we were also going to Montparnasse which is further away from CDG.

Air France runs a shuttle service from CDG to a few places in Paris, we rode it a couple of years ago. I can't remember the fare, but it was reasonable. Keep in mind they only take cash, if you decide to go this route.
