Is anyone aware of airlines that fly into Flughafen Saarbrucken near Kaiserslautern/Ramstein/Landstuhl, Germany?

If flying in from the US, your best option is probably Frankfurt.

Hahn airport (Ryanair call it Frankfurt) and Zweibrücken airport are also close by. There are Germanwings services from Berlin to Zweibrücken. But coming from the US Frankfurt is probably really the only realistic one. Although keep in mind that there now is bullet train service from Paris via Kaiserslautern to Frankfurt. Paris to Kaiserslautern now is just over an hour by train...
