Has anyone been able to get an Air France American Express card in the US with a US billing address?

I would suggest calling AE. I have always found their reps to be very helpful and English speaking!

No such luck. My Delta AmEx is ok, but would rather not use extra points for a companion airline. Prefer AF.
A F Am Ex says they need to bill to french address. I was hoping there was a way around it.
