Has anyone done this? Also is Brugge a must see or would staying in Brussels be better? Only have 4 days/3n to spend in Belgium from Netherlands and want to get the biggest bang for my buck. What about Bed and Breakfasts in either city? Recommend? thanks in advance

I've never done it there, but do hold a balloon-driver's ticket. It's great fun. Probably expensive as all get out. Also I'd suspect that they have something similar to our FAA regs that prohibit flying over smack down-town.

I've never seen a balloon hovering over Brugge.
4 days is too much for Brugge, you could easily see everything here and get a taste of Brussels in that time. Or go to nearby Ghent, which personally, I think is more interesting than Brugge.
