Advice on Travel Between Granada and Toledo

Unfortunately, no, there is no direct route between the two....you're getting too close to the "hub" that is Madrid. The fastest way would be to take the 940 am train out of Granada, which arrives in Madrid, then catch the 350 pm train out of Madrid, which will arrive in Toledo at 420 pm. It will be expensive, though...you'll probably pay about 75 Euro for your tickets.
There are many buses/day from Granada-Madrid, taking about 5:15, at a cost of less than 17 Euro. You'll arrive at the Estacion del Sur (Mendez Alvaro) bus station. It's then a short, four-stop Metro ride to the Plaza Eliptica bus station, where you can catch one of many buses/day to Toledo...cost there, about 9 Euro. Travel time there will be 7 1/2 - 8 hours.
