While traveling to London two years ago we inadvertendly stumbled onto an amazing bargin. With our tube passes, we got two for the price of one admission to such sites as the Tower of London. Someone in our group just happened to pick up a Days out Guide and notice the deal. http://www.daysoutguide.co.uk. Is there anything similar that anyone knows of offered in Paris?
On the first Sunday of the month some museums offer free entry. I visited the Orsay and the Rodin in October for free.

IMO, the Paris Visite is overpriced and the discounts it offers are of limited value.
