Adina hotels

We are planning a trip to Germany for July 2014. The Adina hotels have laundry facilities. But we also want to be close to public transportation. Right now we are looking at Adina Hamburg and Adina Hackensacker markt Berlin. Has anyone stayed in these hotels? Are they close to public transit?
