I believe that you requested rooms outside Nuremberg on a previous thread as you were traveling by car. Are you now looking to stay in town? Will you still have a car or are you traveling by train?
Take a look at Hotel Reservation Service (HRS). It is good for scoping out the range of options in cities:
We stayed at Ibis a couple years ago in Nuremberg and it was okay. This year we are checking out Motel One. Both Reservations made through HRS.
