We are looking for lodging while in Munich but accomodations are both expensive and hard to come by. Can anyone recommend a suburb or city on the outskirts that is less than 45 mins by train and may have options? THanks!

Aying is about 35" by S-Bahn. Also has a brewery there you can tour.
