accommodations in St Remy

We are planning to base ourselves in St Remy for our trip to Provence in May. Can anyone recommend a place to stay for four or five nights? Self catering would be excellent or small hotel for 100 euros or less-if that is possible.

Susan, we stayed at Sous les Figuiers in St. Remy a couple years ago and loved it. It is a hotel but with the feel of a B&B. I'm not sure what is meant by self-catering. Rooms do not have a kitchen if that's what you mean. We stayed in the "La Provencale" room which was less than 100 euros and did not have a terrace. It was a lovely room. Breakfast is 12 euros but worth it in my opiniondelicious breads they make themselves, juice, croissants, jams, applesauce they made themselves, big bowls of cafe au lait, etc. Very nice people. Has a pool. Quiet, off the street. But only a couple minutes walk to center of town and many good restaurants. Don't miss the Wednesday Farmer's Market! http://www.hotel-charme-provence.com/en/index.html

I stayed at wonderful hotel in the city center. AUBERGE DE LA REINE JEANNE. My room was huge. The windows did open to the main street. The restaurant was in a court yard. Here's the weblink. http://www.auberge-reinejeanne.com/ Pam
